The price depends on weight, volume, route, and speed. Air freight is often faster but 4 to 8 times more expensive than sea freight. Request a quote for an exact calculation.
Do I need to handle customs clearance myself?
No, Axis-Flow handles all customs formalities and documentation to prevent delays.
How can I avoid extra shipping costs?

Can you arrange expedited shipping?
Yes, shipments can sometimes be delivered worldwide within 48 hours via air freight and express services such as an On-Board Courier (OBC).

What exactly do you handle?
We handle global shipping and customs clearance, from request to delivery. You have a single point of contact. We take care of the entire process for you.
Is my shipment insured?
Standard liability under the Warsaw Convention is set at 26 SDR per kilogram, approximately €31.87. For high-value machine parts, we can provide supplementary all-risk insurance covering the invoice value upon request.
Which mode of transportation is best?
That depends on your desired delivery speed and budget. Air freight is the fastest, while ocean freight is the most cost-effective. Rail freight falls somewhere in between. We always recommend the best option for your situation.
What documents do I need to submit?
Standard: packing slip, commercial invoice, and HS code for each item. For exports outside the EU, we also provide an EUR.1 form or a certificate of origin, depending on the destination country. We review your documents in advance and notify you of any missing information before the shipment departs.
